The skilled nurses at Daylight Home Health Services are Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) who are trained and experienced in providing in-home nursing care. We will match clients to an RN and/or LVN who will assist in every aspect of their skilled nursing care at home. Your skilled nurses will communicate frequently with your family physician to update care plans.
The duties of RNs and LVNs may include evaluation of patient needs, performance of skilled nursing procedures, education of patient, family members, and caregivers on disease process, self-care techniques and prevention strategies, and coordination of patient care and services with your physician and other healthcare team members.
