Restoring your physical mobility and capabilities is possible with Physical Therapy. Under the care of a licensed physical therapist or licensed therapy assistant, you or your loved one will be provided a physician prescribed physical therapy treatment — which will be aimed at developing and restoring muscle and joint function.
If you require outpatient therapy services during the course of your treatment, such services must be coordinated and approved by us in advance as outpatient therapy does not get paid separately by Medicare while you are receiving home health care from our agency.
